1. Services
Teelworks offers the following services:
- AI Audit ($147, one-time) — A diagnostic assessment of your business identifying opportunities to reduce admin overhead and increase conversion through AI implementation. Delivered as a written report within 5–7 business days of intake form completion.
- AI Starter System (pricing varies) — Implementation of audit recommendations through third-party tools, automations, and custom configurations. Scope, deliverables, and timeline confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
- Plumbline Field Management Platform (custom pricing + monthly subscription) — A custom-built field management application for trades businesses. Includes initial build, configuration, and ongoing access via monthly subscription.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- AI Audit — Payment of $147 is due at time of purchase. Work begins upon receipt of completed intake form.
- AI Starter System — Payment structure confirmed in writing prior to commencement. Standard structure is 50% due at project start, 50% due upon delivery. No work commences until initial payment is received.
- Plumbline — Initial build fee due prior to commencement. Monthly subscription billed on a recurring basis. Subscription may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
All fees are in US dollars. Teelworks reserves the right to suspend access to services for accounts with outstanding balances.
3. Refund Policy
AI Audit: If your completed audit report does not identify at least one actionable opportunity to improve your business operations, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — including a full refund at our discretion.
AI Starter System: The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If Teelworks fails to deliver the agreed scope, the remaining balance will not be charged and a partial refund of the deposit may be issued at Teelworks' discretion.
Plumbline: The build fee is non-refundable once development has commenced. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but will not be charged after cancellation takes effect.
4. Scope of Work
For AI Starter System and Plumbline engagements, the agreed scope of work will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement. Any work beyond the confirmed scope constitutes a change order and must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work proceeds. Change orders are billed at Teelworks' then-current rates.
Teelworks does not provide:
- Custom software development outside of the Plumbline platform
- Deep API integrations with proprietary enterprise systems
- Ongoing technical maintenance of third-party tools not provided by Teelworks
- Legal, financial, or accounting advice
5. Delivery Timeline
Teelworks operates on an async-first delivery model. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Factors outside Teelworks' control — including client response times, third-party tool availability, and scope changes — may affect delivery.
- AI Audit — 5–7 business days from completed intake form
- AI Starter System — 5–10 business days from scope confirmation and initial payment
- Plumbline — Timeline confirmed at project scoping
6. Client Responsibilities
To enable Teelworks to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in intake forms and project communications
- Respond to requests for information or approvals within a reasonable timeframe
- Designate an authorized point of contact for the engagement
- Review and approve deliverables within 7 days of delivery
Delays caused by client unresponsiveness do not extend payment deadlines.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use all deliverables produced by Teelworks for their own business operations. Teelworks retains ownership of underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and the Plumbline platform codebase.
Clients may not resell, sublicense, or distribute Teelworks deliverables or the Plumbline platform without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Teelworks treats all client business information as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations. Clients agree not to disclose Teelworks' proprietary methodologies, pricing structures, or unreleased product information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Teelworks services are provided to support business operations but do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational improvements. Results depend on factors including client implementation, market conditions, and business circumstances outside Teelworks' control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teelworks' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Teelworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or business interruption.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teelworks and Kevin Brewer from any claims, damages, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding balances for work completed become immediately due
- Teelworks will deliver all completed work product within 14 days
- Plumbline subscriptions terminate at the end of the current billing period
- Client data will be retained for 30 days post-termination and then deleted upon request
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Changes to These Terms
Teelworks may update these Terms of Service at any time. Active clients will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
