- Payment information — billing details processed securely through Stripe. Teelworks does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials on our servers
- Business information — details about your business operations provided through our intake questionnaire, including trade type, tools used, pain points, and revenue information
- Plumbline platform data — job records, lead information, crew and subcontractor details, invoices, and other operational data you enter into the Plumbline platform
- Usage data — pages visited, time spent on site, and general interaction data collected through analytics tools
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the services you have purchased, including AI audit reports and the Plumbline platform
- Communicate with you about your engagement, including delivery of reports and system updates
- Process payments through Stripe
- Improve our services and understand how clients use our platform
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Plumbline client data is stored on Supabase, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Supabase provides:
- Encryption of data at rest and in transit
- Row-level security ensuring each client's data is completely isolated and inaccessible to other clients
- Authentication controls requiring verified login credentials to access your account
- Infrastructure that meets enterprise-grade security standards
All data transmitted between your browser and our services is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
4. Data Isolation
Each Plumbline client account is completely isolated. Your business data — including jobs, leads, clients, crew, subcontractors, invoices, and financial information — is accessible only to users you authorize. Teelworks personnel may access your data solely for the purpose of providing support or delivering services you have requested.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in the operation of our business:
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure for the Plumbline platform
- Netlify — website hosting
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics (anonymized)
Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you terminate your engagement with Teelworks, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@teelworks.com. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
